Need a new logo digitised?

If you are ordering embroidery and we have not stitched your logo before, please tick the NEW LOGO box when ordering.

Digitising is the one-off setup process that converts your artwork into an embroidery file and usually costs £10–£15 ex VAT.

If your logo is being printed, or we already have your embroidery file on record, you can leave this box unticked.

Artwork and logo file guidance

For the best print result, please upload the highest-quality logo file you have available. A clear PNG, PDF, EPS or AI file is usually best.

If you are unsure whether your artwork is suitable, send it over and we will check it before production. Embroidery can sometimes be created from lower-quality artwork than print.

Where needed, we will advise you before processing the order.

Embroidery stitch allowance

Our embroidery prices include up to 12,000 stitches for smaller logos and up to 26,000 stitches for larger logo positions, which covers most standard business logos. If your design is unusually detailed or exceeds this allowance, additional stitches are charged at £0.15 per extra 1,000 stitches.

Logo placement matters

Please check there is a suitable area for your logo. We cannot usually embroider or print over seams, pockets, heavy stitching, zips or awkward panel joins. If you are unsure about placement, contact us before ordering and we will advise on the best option.

Print or embroidery suitability

Some garments are far better suited to one branding method than the other. Fleeces, padded jackets and bodywarmers are generally embroidery only, while many polos, T-shirts, sweatshirts and hi-vis garments can be suitable for either embroidery or print depending on the garment and logo style.
