If you’re ordering embroidery and it’s a new logo we haven’t stitched before, please tick the NEW LOGO box at checkout.
Digitising is a one-time setup process and costs £10 (inc. VAT).
Our pricing includes up to 12,000 stitches for small logos and up to 26,000 stitches for large logos – this is usually enough for typical logos. Images exceeding 26,000 stitches (such as large badge-style designs) will be quoted before production, at £0.15 per additional 1,000 stitches.
Please ensure there is enough space on the garment for your logo. We cannot embroider or print over seams, pockets, or zips. If you’re unsure, please contact us before placing your order.
A high-quality logo file is required for the best print results. If you’re unsure, send us the best version you have — we’ll get in touch if we need a different file. For embroidery, we can use a lower quality image
We can only embroider fleece material, padded jackets & bodywarmers, as these are not suitable for printing.
